Note: The trial credit is $10 per dancer, per class. If you’re signing up for more than one dancer or class, please add a $10 credit for each to your cart before checkout.

$522 + HST ($87 × 6 instalments)Pre Flex Hip Hop is a fun-filled introduction to dance, rhythm, and creativity! Young movers explore the basics of Hip Hop through age-appropriate music, games, and grooves—building coordination, confidence, and a love of dance.
Your first payment of $87 is due at registration and covers your child’s first month, followed by 5 equal monthly payments billed automatically, with the final payment processed in June 2026.

APRIL 16 - JUNE 11, 2026
$225 + HSTPre Flex Hip Hop is a fun-filled introduction to dance, rhythm, and creativity! Young movers explore the basics of Hip Hop through age-appropriate music, games, and grooves—building coordination, confidence, and a love of dance.
Payment is due in full upon registration.

$540 + HST ($90 × 6 instalments)This program introduces children to age-appropriate grooves, drills and choreography. With an emphasis on fun, creativity, and confidence, children will develop rhythm, coordination, and stage presence! No experience needed.

$540 + HST ($90 × 6 instalments)This high-energy program is the perfect starting place to learn the foundations of breaking—toprocks, footwork, freezes, and simple power moves. Children will build strength and style, in a safe and supportive environment. No experience needed.

$450 + HST ($90 × 5 instalments)This high-energy class is designed for dancers with some former dance experience — 1 year of experience is recommended — who are eager to keep growing. With Tanya’s fun and challenging approach, dancers will build on their foundations—refining groove, timing, and performance quality through drills and fresh choreography. Dancers will learn Hip Hop foundation and choreography in a supportive and fun environment. No experience needed!

REGISTRATION POLICIES

When registering, please create your account using your own name. After completing checkout, you’ll be automatically redirected to a short intake form where you can enter your child’s details and confirm their class selection. Once registration is complete, you will receive a welcome package from kidz@runtheflex.com.

Term 2 of our dance season runs from January - June 2026, with tuition divided into 6 equal payments. monthly.
In addition to class lessons, tuition covers your child’s full dance experience — including show preparation, dress rehearsals, and the exciting end-of-year performance. While June has fewer regular classes, it includes some of the most memorable and resource-intensive parts of the season. -
Yes — a few! We do our best to keep things simple and transparent. Here's what to expect:
Costume Fees (per class):
These cover the costume your child will wear in the year-end performance and are charged on February 1, 2025:
Ages 4–6: $85 + HST
Ages 7–9: $95 + HST
Ages 10+: $100 + HST
If your child is enrolled in more than one class, a costume fee applies to each.
Optional Add-Ons:
🎥 HD Video of the Year-End Show: $25 + HST
👕 RTF T-shirt: $35 + HST
🎟️ Show Tickets: Cost TBA — these tickets are for family and friends attending the show, not for performers. Performers and children under 2 (or those who do not require a seat) are free.
We’ll send reminders closer to the charge date so there are no surprises!

All registrations must be completed through our website using a credit or debit card. Payments are processed automatically through our secure system.
By registering, you agree to automatic billing based on your chosen plan unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your payment plan, please contact us at kidz@runtheflex.com.

Our recreational programming is a full-season program, and dancers are expected to participate through the end of the term as they will be preparing for and performing in our June year-end show, with show preparation beginning in January.
However, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.
If you choose monthly auto-pay:
You can cancel at any time before January 18, 2026 by emailing kidz@runtheflex.com before your next billing period.
Your current month’s payment is non-refundable, but we’ll stop the next month’s charge — your dancer is welcome to continue attending class until the end of the current month.
There is no admin fee for canceling monthly auto-pay.
If you’ve paid in full upfront:
You can cancel at any time before January 18, 2026 by emailing kidz@runtheflex.com.
We’ll calculate the number of months used, refund the unused portion, less a $50 admin fee from the total refund, to cover processing and admin time.
Payments are non-refundable after January 18, 2026, and you are required to complete your term. For extenuating circumstances, please email kidz@runtheflex.com.

We’re unable to offer refunds, tuition credits, or make-up classes for missed sessions, as each level only runs once per week. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your dancer’s attendance.

We accept registrations on a rolling basis, as long as there is space in the program, up until January 18, 2026, as this is when dancers begin to learn their show choreography!

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for families registering multiple children and for dancers enrolled in multiple classes. To request the discount, please email us at kidz@runtheflex.com.
