  • When registering, please create your account using your own name. After your purchase is complete, you will. be redirected to a short intake form to enter your child’s details and confirm their program selection.

    You can easily register and manage your account on our Run The Flex app (available on the App Store and Google Play) or on desktop. You do not need to register for individual weeks—we handle that for you.

  • Yes! All of our recreational 45 minute and 1 hour classes require no prior dance experience. For dancers with more experience, we invite them to explore our Future Ops performance program (ages 9 - 12) and competitive programming.

  • Yes! We offer $15 trial classes as logn as there is space. Learn more HERE.

  • To withdraw from the program, please email kidz@runtheflex.com at least 14 days before your next billing date to stop all future payments. We do not offer refunds for pre-paid tuition.

  • We’re unable to offer make-up classes for missed sessions, as each level only runs once per week. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your dancer’s attendance.

  • We accept registrations on a rolling basis, as long as there is space in the program. However, new students will not be permitted into a program after February 1, 2027, once recital prep begins.

  • Yes! We offer a 10% discount for families registering multiple children. This discount applies to every registration after the first. To request the discount, please email us at kidz@runtheflex.com.

  • Our recital will be in the afternoon on June 13, 2027, all dancers ages 4+ will be invited to perform. Hope to see you and your dancers there!
