Trial classes are a no-pressure way for your dancer to see what we’re all about! Trial classes are available until January 11, 2026.
The season runs from September through mid-June, with tuition split into 10 equal monthly payments. Tuition will be prorated for late enrolment. Registration closes for the season on January 11, 2026.

Note: The trial credit is $10 per dancer, per class. If you’re signing up for multiple dancers or classes, please add one $10 credit for each dancer/class to your cart before checkout.

PRE FLEX (Ages 3-5)
Term 2 registration is now open - secure your spot today! Pre Flex Hip Hop is a fun-filled introduction to dance, rhythm, and creativity. Young movers will explore the basics of Hip Hop through age-appropriate music, games, and grooves. Perfect for building coordination, confidence, and a love of dance! See your dancers shine on stage in our annual Hip Hop Production, on Saturday June 13, 2026.

If you join partway through the season, your cost will be prorated based on the month you start.Your first month’s payment of $87 is due at registration and covers your child’s first month. After that, monthly payments will continue automatically. At the end of the season, we will cancel your membership on our end so you are not overbilled.

HIP HOP
This beginner-friendly Hip Hop program introduces young dancers to age-appropriate choreography, freestyle basics, and cool new moves to today's kid-friendly beats. With an emphasis on fun, creativity, and confidence, Mini Flex Hip Hop helps build rhythm, coordination, and stage presence!
BREAKIN’
In this high-energy Breakin' program, young dancers will learn the foundations of breaking—toprock, footwork, freezes, and simple power moves—all in a safe and supportive environment. Dancers will build strength and style while expressing themselves through movement!

FUTURE FLEX (Ages 9-12)
BREAKIN’
In this dynamic Breakin’ program, dancers will explore the core elements of breaking—toprock, downrock, freezes, and beginner power moves—while developing strength, control, and musicality. Designed for growing dancers ready to level up, this class encourages creativity, individuality, and confidence through drills and skill-building exercises. No experience needed!
HIP HOP
This upbeat Hip Hop program blends age-appropriate choreography with drills, foundation and musicality training, giving dancers the tools to express themselves through movement. With a focus on rhythm, coordination, and performance, Future Flex Hip Hop is perfect for dancers of all levels who want to gain confidence, learn fresh combos, and have fun in a supportive, high-energy space.
HIP HOP LEVEL 2 *NEW*
Ready to take your hip hop skills to the next level? This upbeat, high-energy class is designed for recreational dancers with 1 year of Hip Hop dance experience who are eager to keep growing. With Tanya’s fun and challenging approach, dancers will build on their foundations—refining groove, timing, and performance quality through drills and fresh choreography.

Dancers will build confidence in this high-energy, recreational program. Varsity Flex Hip Hop is perfect for teens who want to stay active, learn fresh choreography, and express themselves through movement—no experience necessary. Dancers will explore hip hop foundation in a supportive and high energy environment, no experience needed!

REGISTRATION POLICIES

When registering, please create your account using your own name. After completing checkout, you’ll be automatically redirected to a short intake form where you can enter your child’s details and confirm their class selection. Once registration is complete, you will receive a welcome package from kidz@runtheflex.com.

Our dance season runs from early September through mid-June, with tuition divided into 10 equal monthly payments for your convenience. If you join after the season has begun, your tuition will be prorated based on your start month. The latest month you can join for the 2025–2026 season is January 15, 2026.
You will be automatically billed each month on the same date you register. For example, if you register on the 10th, your future payments will be charged on the 10th of each month.
Rather than charging per class, tuition covers your child’s full dance experience — including weekly lessons, show preparation, dress rehearsals, and the exciting end-of-year performance. While June has fewer regular classes, it includes some of the most memorable and resource-intensive parts of the season. -
Yes — a few! We do our best to keep things simple and transparent. Here's what to expect:
Costume Fees (per class):
These cover the costume your child will wear in the year-end performance and are charged on February 1, 2025:
Ages 3–5: $85 + HST
Ages 6–8: $95 + HST
Ages 9+: $100 + HST
If your child is enrolled in more than one class, a costume fee applies to each.
Optional Add-Ons:
🎥 HD Video of the Year-End Show: $25 + HST
👕 RTF T-shirt: $35 + HST
🎟️ Show Tickets: Cost TBA — these tickets are for family and friends attending the show, not for performers. Performers and children under 2 are free.
We’ll send reminders closer to the charge date so there are no surprises!

All registrations must be completed through our website using a credit or debit card. Payments are processed automatically through our secure system.
By registering, you agree to automatic billing based on your chosen plan unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your payment plan, please contact us at kidz@runtheflex.com.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.
If you choose monthly auto-pay:
You can cancel at any time before January 15, 2026 by emailing kidz@runtheflex.com at least 7 days before your next billing period.
Your current month’s payment is non-refundable, but we’ll stop the next month’s charge — your dancer is welcome to continue attending class until the end of the current month.
There is no admin fee for canceling monthly auto-pay.
If you’ve paid in full upfront:
You can cancel at any time before January 15, 2026 by emailing kidz@runtheflex.com.
We’ll calculate the number of months used, refund the unused portion, less a $50 admin fee from the total refund, to cover processing and admin time.
Payments are non-refundable after January 15, 2026, and you are required to complete your term. For extenuating circumstances, please email kidz@runtheflex.com.

We’re unable to offer refunds, tuition credits, or make-up classes for missed sessions, as each level only runs once per week. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to your dancer’s attendance.

We accept registrations on a rolling basis, as long as there is space in the class, up until January 15, 2026, as this is when dancers begin to learn their show choreography!

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for families registering multiple children and for dancers enrolled in multiple classes. To request the discount, please email us at kidz@runtheflex.com.
