ABOUT US

WELCOME TO RUN THE FLEX

Hi! We’re Aaron and Nicole — a husband-and-wife team of Toronto-based dance artists with a deep love for Hip Hop, Street Dance, and building community through movement.

Before we opened our studio at 893 Yonge Street, RTF was a passion project — a way for us to teach kids and adults how to feel confident, expressive, and free through dance. Over the years, we’ve taught hundreds of students and watched them grow both on and off the dance floor.

In January 2023, we officially opened RTF with the amazing support of Lisa Heath, one of our longtime students and now a proud co-founder. Together, we’ve built a welcoming space where dancers of all ages and levels can connect, create, and truly feel like they belong.

At RTF, Hip Hop is at the heart of everything we do. We're committed to honouring its roots, sharing its culture, and inspiring the next generation of artists with authenticity, joy, and heart.

Whether your child is taking their first dance class or looking to grow and compete, we can’t wait to welcome your family to Run The Flex.

See you on the dance floor,

Aaron, Nicole & Lisa
RTF Co-Founders
